How much does it costs?

The implementation costs are not fixed; therefore we cannot have a standard plan for all customers. Linux Network Care offers free consultation on possible implementation of the Asterisk PBX system in your business. We will discuss your needs and come up with a customized solution to insure reliability of the system. Linux Network Care will also offer you a support plan based on the number of support requests that you plan on doing. We will also give the client access to an extended ever-growing knowledge base where solutions for most problems are found.

In what area do you operate?

The Linux network care technicians are based in Ontario, therefore we can install the hardware system in most Ontario locations with limited fees. We can operate the software installation anywhere in the world trough the Internet as long as the client gives us access to their computer infrastructure. We can support the system anywhere in the world using our online ticketing utility.

Is it going to save my company money?

Companies with telephony system needs will spend thousands of dollars and more to setup their phone system, and will often purchase expensive support contracts with their provider that is proportional to their initial investment. The hardware is expensive to replace and lacks functionality, reliability and scalability. When compared, Asterisk is a free software solution to advanced telephony needs, you will need a computer, the speed of the computer will depend on your call volume and feature needs, some telephone cards which we can provide, your existing telephony infrastructure and an active internet connection. Not only will that provide all functionality of a standard Private Branch Exchange system, but it provides hundreds of additional features that the software contributors have thought of. Our support contracts, are very scalable, LNC understands that some smaller enterprises will not need to contact us as often as others for support requests. We offer top of the line technical assistance, not only to users but to administrators, to insure the continuity of your line of business, the contract based on the number of monthly requests.
